Payments
What payment methods are available?
You can pay via iDEAL, Klarna (pay later), Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Billink, In3 (in 3 installments at 0% interest), SEPA, Giropay, Bancontact and Belfius.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, please contact us for this.
Order
Where is my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (if in stock). Delivery times are always listed with the product.
Do I get a warranty on my furniture?
Yes, you have a standard 2-year warranty on all our products.
I have not received an order confirmation.
Check your spam folder. If nothing is there, please contact us.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.
Can I exchange or cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us for this.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Return costs are at your own expense (average €9.95 per label).
My product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Please report this within 48 hours to info@furnihaus.nl and include clear photos. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Delivery
How do I track my order?
You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders are shipped free of charge.
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive a Track & Trace code with a time window one day in advance. Deliveries take place Tuesday through Saturday.
