Warranty
We don't assume it, but it's possible that something is wrong with your item. In all cases, we'll do our best to resolve this for you. For warranty inquiries, please contact our customer service: service@furnihaus.nl . You can contact us by phone or email. Please have your order number or invoice number ready, as we need it to help you quickly. Please also include photos, as this will help us assist you even faster.
Standard 1 year warranty
Furnihaus offers a standard 1-year warranty. If the product is damaged or breaks sooner than usual, the warranty period applies. Contact us, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution. This warranty applies only to dining chairs used in private residential settings and not in commercial hospitality venues. Chairs used in hospitality settings, such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, or other appropriate establishments, are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Exceptions
Unfortunately, we can't offer the standard warranty period for every item we sell. Certain items have a different warranty period. For example, showroom models may have a different (shorter) warranty period. You'll often receive a substantial discount on these items, but with a shorter, but very reasonable, warranty period. A different warranty period may also apply to products that might reasonably be expected to have a different warranty period. Don't worry, the different warranty period is clearly and explicitly stated on the product itself (and on your invoice).
